Each brass bowl is unique and one of a kind. These bowls are living finishes and will age naturally.

Brass and copper utensils change color due to a process called oxidation. When exposed to air, the metal reacts with oxygen to form a layer of oxide on its surface. This layer of oxide is what creates the characteristic colors like greenish-blue patina on copper and a darker tarnish on brass.

Upon receiving the product, you may notice blackish or greenish stains, which result from metal reacting with oxygen during storage for a week or more. These stains can be easily removed by cleaning the bowl with salt and lemon or using any brass or copper cleaning detergent. It’s important to note that only pure metal products change color; fake copper and brass products do not undergo this change.
As the product is hand-hammered, there may be some imperfections in joints or welding, which simply reflect the human craftsmanship behind the bowl. However, we do not compromise on the quality of the product, ensuring the metal content remains of high standard.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
* Avoid acidic detergents not meant for cleaning brass utensil.
* Clean your brass bowl promptly after each use with fresh water or soap water.
* Dry your brass bowls as soon as you finish using it.
* Do not leave water soaking in the brass bowl for extended amounts of time as the clear coating that protects the brass will diminish from the chlorine in water.

Due to handcrafted nature of the product, there might be slight variation in the color or design.

Base of the bottom of the bowl is rounded to compensate for expansion/contraction of the metal when heated/cooled due to difference in temperature in different season.

*How we package our Spa Bowls?
-All our spa bowls are packed using bubble wraps, which are then placed inside a wooden box, whose top is then secured with BRIGHT STEEL ROUND NAILS from above.
-We use wooden packaging to make sure the spa bowl does not get damaged during shipping transit, and the product reaches to buyers safely.
-Professional Opening Tools such as crowbars/prybars might be required to open these tightly secured wooden boxes, so better to take the help of professionals and someone experienced in this field while attempting to open it. Thank you.
